Convenient rooms with all the necessary stuff. Located in a peaceful area, just a short walk away from a famous bell tower ⛪️. Also close to a market and a local store right across the street. A nice and quiet spot to wrap up my trip peacefully.

The location is perfect and nice, 1 mile from Modena Cathedral. The staff are especially helpful, managed the parking nearby. The ambiance is elegant.

Location: This place is conveniently situated near the Historic Centre, Mercato Albinelli, Piazza, and various restaurants 🏙️. Additionally, Mon Cafe is just a quick 5-minute stroll away from here, perfect for grabbing a coffee or snack.

We had a fantastic stay at this little hotel. Frederico, the host, was there to greet us upon arrival and gave us clear instructions on how to access the building and our room. He also provided us with helpful recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient free parking right at the doorstep and appreciated the discount coupon for covered parking nearby. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was superb, with a short walk to the city center and the famous Osteria Francescana. We also loved the eco-friendly touch of complimentary water bottles. a great experience at Vittorio Veneto 25.
